Chicken & Broccoli
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cups broccoli florets
Olive oil spray
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
Optional: squeeze of lemon
Light Creamy Garlic Sauce (WW Version)
ΒΎ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1–2 cloves garlic (minced or paste)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
Splash of water to thin (if needed)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Easy Instructions (One Pan Option)
1️⃣ Cook Chicken
Spray skillet with olive oil spray.
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
Cook 5–6 minutes per side until done.
Let rest, then slice.
2️⃣ Cook Broccoli
In the same pan:
Add broccoli + 2 tbsp water.
Cover and steam-sautΓ© 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
(Or microwave-steam for ultimate easy mode.)
3️⃣ Make Sauce
Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble
Add broccoli to bowl β†’ top with sliced chicken β†’ drizzle with sauce.
