Weight Watchers Easy Greek Yogurt Bagels

These famous 2-ingredient dough bagels are a favorite in the Weight Watchers community. They’re high in protein, easy to make, and ready in about 30 minutes!

4 bagels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (thick, drained if watery)
  • 1 egg white, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional toppings

  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Sesame seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • Dried garlic or onion flakes

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the dough
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt and mix until a crumbly dough forms.

3️⃣ Knead
Place dough on a floured surface and knead about 10–15 times until smooth and slightly tacky.

4️⃣ Shape bagels
Divide dough into 4 equal balls.
Roll each into a rope and join the ends to form a bagel.

5️⃣ Add topping
Brush with egg white and sprinkle your favorite toppings.

6️⃣ Bake
Bake 25 minutes until golden.
Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
