👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin.
2️⃣ Whisk eggs, applesauce, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Stir in Kodiak mix, baking powder, soda, spices, and salt.
4️⃣ Fold in pineapple gently.
