  • 1 lb lean ground chicken (99% fat free) – 0 pts
  • 3 cups frozen pepper & onion blend – 0 pts
  • G Hughes Sugar-Free Stir Fry Sauce (to taste) – 0 pts
  • 1 cup cooked Minute Jasmine rice – 8 pts total

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook ground chicken in a large non-stick pan over medium heat until fully browned.
(No oil needed — keeps points low.)

2️⃣ Add frozen pepper & onion mix. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized.

3️⃣ Pour in sugar-free stir fry sauce and toss everything together. Let simmer 2–3 minutes so flavors absorb.

4️⃣ Stir in cooked rice or keep rice separate for flexible portions.
