Tuna Boats

Tuna Boats

I made these because I had eggs and a can of tuna and zero patience.
Next thing I know I’m stacking creamy tuna filling into egg whites like I’m catering a party for myself.

They look rich. They taste rich. They are not reckless.

🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Creamy Look 👀)

  • 1 can tuna in water (drained) – 0 points
  • 4 large eggs, boiled – 0 points
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (instead of 3 😉) – 2 points
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheese – 2 points
  • Pepper + pinch salt – 0 points

👉 Want even lower?

  • Swap mayo for 2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
➡ Drops total to 2 points for the whole batch

👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Slice boiled eggs in half and remove yolks.
2️⃣ Mash yolks in a bowl.
3️⃣ Stir in tuna, mayo (or yogurt), cheese, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Spoon a heaping tablespoon back into each egg white.
5️⃣ Chill 15–20 minutes if you want them firmer.

They look like classic deviled eggs… just bulked up.

🧮 WW Points (Unified System)

With light mayo + reduced-fat cheese:
4 points total

If you make 8 halves:
0–1 point per boat

With Greek yogurt swap:
2 points total
