Crispy. Fudgy vibes. Basically brownie air.

 Ingredients
¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) – 2 points total
¾ cup zero-calorie sweetener – 0 points
½ tsp baking soda – 0
½ tsp salt – 0
½ tsp instant coffee – 0
½ tsp vanilla extract – 0
¼ cup sugar-free chocolate syrup – 0 points
(Makes about 20 cookies)

 How To
 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix all dry ingredients. Add chocolate syrup + vanilla. Add small amounts of water if needed until it becomes thin brownie-style batter. Spoon about 20 small drops onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake ~5 minutes (watch carefully). Let cool 10 minutes — they crisp up as they cool.
They’ll be thin, crunchy, slightly brownie-like wafers.
