I made these thinking they’d just be a low-carb snack.
Now I keep a container in the fridge like I’m running my own snack bar. They’re crunchy, salty, and weirdly satisfying.


🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Crispy Look 👀)

  • 4 slices reduced-fat cheese (cut into squares) – 4–5 points total
  • Turkey pepperoni (optional, 1 slice per cracker) – 0–1 point
  • Jalapeños – 0 points
  • Seasonings (everything bagel, garlic powder, chili flakes) – 0 points

👉 Even lighter option:
Use thin-sliced reduced-fat mozzarella or provolone — melts flatter and crispier.


👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ Place cheese squares on parchment (leave space — they spread).
3️⃣ Add toppings if using.
4️⃣ Bake 6–8 minutes until edges are golden and bubbly.
5️⃣ Cool completely — they crisp up as they cool.

Store in fridge for grab-and-go snack mode.

Way better than grabbing handfuls of regular cheese.
