- 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix (Buttermilk & Honey) – 10 points

- 1 egg – 0 points
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce – 0 points
- 1 mashed ripe banana – 0 points
- 1 cup blueberries – 0 points
