🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Cheesy Top 👀)
- 2–3 skinless chicken breasts (cubed) – 0 points
- 3 small potatoes (about 12 oz total) – 4–5 points
- 2 cans green beans (drained) – 0 points
- 1 cup broccoli – 0 points
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (not 1 cup 😉) – 4 points
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix – 0 points
- 2 tbsp light butter (instead of a whole stick 😅) – 4 points
- Optional: splash of chicken broth instead of extra butter – 0 points
👩🍳 How To
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Add chicken, potatoes, beans, and broccoli to baking dish.
3️⃣ Sprinkle Italian seasoning packet evenly.
4️⃣ Drizzle melted light butter + small splash broth over top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle cheese evenly.
