I made this thinking it would just be a cute little sweet fix.
It turned into a giant bowl of creamy, cherry cheesecake vibes with crunch on top. And somehow… it’s still responsible.


🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Fluffy Look 👀)

  • 25–28 oz fat-free cottage cheese0 points
  • 1 packet sugar-free black cherry Jell-O (dry) – 0 points
  • 1 container sugar-free Cool Whip (8 oz) – 5 points
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds (instead of 2 😉) – 2 points

Total bowl: 7 points


👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Mix in dry Jell-O powder.
3️⃣ Gently fold in Cool Whip (don’t overmix — keep it fluffy).
4️⃣ Stir in sliced almonds.
5️⃣ Chill at least 30 minutes until thickened.

It turns that pretty soft pink color and looks like actual dessert.
