Ingredients
- 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 small box sugar-free orange Jello
- 7 oz nonfat whipped topping (light or fat-free)
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained well
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Add the nonfat Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar-free orange Jello powder and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the nonfat whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges and gently mix.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until chilled and set.
- Serve cold and enjoy.
