Orange Fluff Dessert (WW Low-Point Version)

WW Points: 2 points per serving (makes about 8 servings)

Light, creamy, sweet, and one of those desserts that somehow feels nostalgic and refreshing at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small box sugar-free orange Jello
  • 7 oz nonfat whipped topping (light or fat-free)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Add the nonfat Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sugar-free orange Jello powder and mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the nonfat whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  5. Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges and gently mix.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until chilled and set.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy.
