Ingredients
- 4–5 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold), diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, or thyme), optional
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoes if desired, then cut into evenly sized bite-size pieces.
- Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375–400°F (190–200°C).
- Add potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking every 5–10 minutes for even crisping.
- Cook until golden and crispy outside and fork-tender inside.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
