Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp powdered chocolate peanut butter (PB2-style)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave nectar (or sugar-free syrup to lower sweetness points impact)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Lightly coat a 10–12 oz microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the mug.
  4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds until set in the center.
    (About 80 seconds works for most microwaves, but timing may vary.)
  5. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm.
