I swear fried rice always tastes better when it looks slightly chaotic in the pan. This version still gives that savory, oniony, wok-style vibe — just without spending your whole day’s points.


🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Takeout Look 👀)

  • 2 cups cooked cold rice (instead of 3 😉) – 8 points total
  • 1 lb 96–99% lean ground beef4 points
  • 1 medium onion, chopped – 0 points
  • 2 cloves garlic – 0 points
  • 1½ cups mixed vegetables – 0 points
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce – 0 points
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce – 1 point
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (just for aroma) – 1 point
  • Cooking spray instead of oil – 0 points
  • Salt & pepper – 0 points

👉 Secret volume trick:
Add 1 cup cauliflower rice (0 points).
Nobody notices — texture stays perfect.


👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Spray pan and cook lean beef until browned.
2️⃣ Add onion + garlic; cook until fragrant.
3️⃣ Stir in vegetables and cook 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Add cold rice (and cauliflower rice if using).
5️⃣ Toss well so grains separate.
6️⃣ Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil.
7️⃣ Stir-fry a few minutes until slightly crispy.
