🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • ¾ cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (or 2 egg whites for lower points)
  • Cooking spray

🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Make Coating
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

3️⃣ Coat Chicken

  • Dip each chicken tender into beaten egg (or egg whites).
