🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- ¾ cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites for lower points)
- Cooking spray
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Make Coating
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
3️⃣ Coat Chicken
- Dip each chicken tender into beaten egg (or egg whites).
- Coat evenly in breadcrumb mixture.
4️⃣ Air Fry
- Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
