Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz) boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Press the pork chops into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides well.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and place pork chops in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
