Weight Watchers Friendly Air Fryer Pork Chops – Only 1 Point Per Serving

These Easy Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and full of flavor with a crispy cheesy crust. They’re made with just a few simple ingredients and cook in about 10 minutes, making them perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

They are naturally gluten-free, low-carb, and high in protein, so they fit perfectly into a Weight Watchers friendly meal plan.


Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz) boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Spray both sides lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Press the pork chops into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides well.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and place pork chops in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.
  6. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
