Weight Watchers Friendly No-Bake Protein Bites – 1 Point Each
These No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites are a quick, healthy snack that takes only 10 minutes to make. They’re packed with protein, naturally sweetened, and made with simple pantry ingredients like oats, peanut butter, and protein powder.
Perfect for meal prep, busy mornings, post-workout snacks, or afternoon energy boosts, these little bites are both kid-approved and adult-loved.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups old fashioned whole grain oats
- 1 scoop protein powder (about 100 calories per scoop)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 8 Tbsp low-point peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp almond extract or vanilla extract
- 14 g no-sugar-added dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut (optional – points stay the same)
- 2–4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine oats, protein powder, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and almond or vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- The mixture should be slightly sticky but able to crumble together.
- Slowly add almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the mixture holds together.
- Using your hands, scoop and roll into small balls.
Storage
- Refrigerator: store in an airtight container for up to 1 week
- Freezer: store up to 3 months
- If frozen, let them thaw for a few minutes before eating.
