Cheesy, crispy, dippable little pizza bites that feel like party food but secretly fit into your daily points.


Ingredients

Base (choose one — affects points)

Best WW option:

  • 4 Mission Carb Balance tortillas (soft taco size)

Alternative: Egglife wraps (lowest points option)

Filling

  • ½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1½ cups part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–25 turkey pepperoni slices (lower points)

Optional Add-Ins

  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Light sprinkle parmesan cheese
  • Cooked lean turkey sausage crumbles (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Assemble Roll-Ups
For each wrap:

  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce
  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly
  • Add pepperoni slices
  • Roll tightly like a jelly roll.

3️⃣ Slice
Cut into 1½-inch pinwheels.
Place upright on baking sheet.

4️⃣ Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes until:

  • cheese melts
  • edges turn golden
  • pepperoni gets slightly crispy

Broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.

5️⃣ Serve
Serve warm with marinara sauce in the center for dipping.
