WW Points: 5 points per roll (makes 8 rolls)
A warm, melty twist on a classic ham and cheese sandwich — simple enough for weeknights but feels like something straight from a bakery.
🧾 Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 8 thin slices cooked ham
- 4 thin slices cheddar cheese, cut into strips
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Prepare Dough
Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
3️⃣ Assemble
- Place 1 slice of ham on each triangle.
- Add 2 cheese strips down the center.
- Fold ham edges slightly to match dough shape.
4️⃣ Roll
Roll up each crescent starting from the wide end toward the tip.
Place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake 15–19 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet immediately and serve warm.
🔢 WW Points Breakdown (approx.)
- Crescent dough: 32 points total
- Cheddar cheese: 16 points total
- Lean ham: ~4 points total
👉 Total batch ≈ 52 points
👉 ÷ 8 rolls = 5 WW points per roll
⭐ Lower-Point Swap (Very Effective)
Use:
- Reduced-fat cheese → saves ~1 point per roll
- OR half cheese + extra ham → keeps melty texture with fewer points.
