A lighter take on traditional Cornish pasties — still warm, flaky, and packed with savory filling, but adjusted so you can actually fit it into your day.

  • Pasty maker or round cutter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Filling

  • Place drained beef stew into a bowl.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
  • Make sure excess liquid is removed so the pastry stays crisp.

2️⃣ Cut Pastry

  • Roll out pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut 3 large circles using a pasty cutter or bowl.

3️⃣ Assemble Pasties

  • Place pastry circle into the pasty maker.

5️⃣ Air Fry
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, until golden and heated through.

6️⃣ Serve
Let cool slightly before serving — filling will be hot.

🔢 WW Points Breakdown (approx.)

  • Lean beef filling: 2–3 points total
  • Light pastry: 22–24 points total batch
  • Egg wash: 0–1 point

👉 Total batch ≈ 24–27 points
👉 ÷ 3 pasties = 8–9 WW points each

⭐ Lower-Point Swap (Big Difference)

Use Carb Balance tortillas or flatbread instead of pie crust → drops to about 4–5 points per pasty while still looking very similar after air frying.
