🛒 Ingredients

For the Puff Shells

  • ½ cup water — 0 points
  • 2 tbsp light butter — about 4 points total
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour — 11 points total
  • 2 large eggs — 0 points

For the Cream Filling

  • 1 cup fat-free or sugar-free vanilla pudding2–3 points total
  • ½ cup light whipped topping (Cool Whip Free)0–1 point

Optional Topping

  • Light dusting powdered sugar
    or
  • Sugar-free chocolate syrup

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Make the Dough

In a saucepan bring water and light butter to a boil.

Add flour all at once and stir quickly until the mixture forms a thick dough ball.

Remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes.


3️⃣ Add Eggs

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.

The dough should become glossy and slightly sticky.


4️⃣ Bake

Drop spoonfuls (or pipe small rounds) onto the baking sheet.

Bake 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden.

Let cool completely.


5️⃣ Make the Filling

In a bowl mix:

  • vanilla pudding
  • whipped topping

Stir until smooth and fluffy.


6️⃣ Assemble

Slice cream puffs in half.

Fill with the pudding mixture.

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup.

Serve chilled.
