🧺 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese – 0 points
  • ½ cup mixed berries – 0 points
  • 1 tbsp honey – 2 points
    (or use zero-cal sweetener for 0 points)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats – 3 points
  • ½ tsp baking powder – 0
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract – 0
  • ½ tsp cinnamon – 0

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ In a microwave-safe mug, mix cottage cheese, honey (or sweetener), vanilla, and cinnamon.

2️⃣ Stir in oats and baking powder until combined.

3️⃣ Fold in berries gently.

4️⃣ Microwave 1–2 minutes until set. Let it sit 1 minute before eating (it thickens slightly).
