Savory Breakfast Yorkshires

I didn’t expect these to work in the air fryer — but they puffed up beautifully. Crispy edges, soft center, and honestly perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch situation.


🧺 Ingredients

  • 200 ml skim or 1% milk — 2 points
  • 4 large eggs — 0 points
  • Salt & pepper — 0 points
  • 2 lean sausages, chopped — 4–5 points (depends on brand)
  • Optional: mixed herbs & onions — 0 points
  • Cooking spray or 1 tsp oil for tray — 1 point

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Preheat air fryer with pizza tray (or similar pan) at 205°C / 400°F for 5–8 minutes.
Lightly spray or oil the tray.

2️⃣ Whisk together milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and herbs.

3️⃣ Add chopped sausages to hot tray.

4️⃣ Carefully pour batter into the hot pan.

5️⃣ Cook at 205°C for about 10 minutes.
🚫 Don’t open before 8 minutes or they may deflate.

6️⃣ If needed, flip once firm or cook a little longer outside the tray for extra crispness.

3–4 points each
