Healthy Cream Cheese Frosting (Light Version)

I was honestly skeptical trying a lighter cream cheese frosting… but this turned out so good I immediately made a second batch. Smooth, creamy, perfectly sweet — and way lighter than the traditional version.


🧺 Ingredients

  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened — 0 points
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt0 points
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered zero-calorie sweetener — 0 points
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract — 0 points

Optional (for thicker texture):

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix — 1 point

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Beat cream cheese until completely smooth.
2️⃣ Add Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.
3️⃣ Mix until fluffy and creamy.
4️⃣ Chill 15–20 minutes to thicken.

That’s it — no butter, no powdered sugar mountains.
