- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin – 0 points
- ½ cup boiling water – 0
- ½ cup cold water – 0
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 points
Optional:
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder – 1–2 points
👩🍳 How To
1️⃣ Mix Jello + gelatin in heat-safe bowl.
2️⃣ Add boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.
3️⃣ Stir in cold water.
