PB2 Cloud Dessert

I mixed this expecting it to be fine.
It was not fine. It was dangerously good. Like “why is this fluffy and rich at the same time?” good. I genuinely ate half before remembering I should document it.


🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Cloud Texture 👀)

  • 2 tbsp PB2 – 2 points
  • ¼ cup sugar-free Cool Whip – 1 point
  • 1 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 points
  • Splash unsweetened almond milk (if needed) – 0 points

Optional toppings:

  • Sugar-free chocolate drizzle – 0 points
  • Few crushed peanuts (tiny sprinkle 😉) – adds points

👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Mix PB2 with a small splash of almond milk until creamy.
2️⃣ Fold in Cool Whip gently (don’t overmix — keep it fluffy).
3️⃣ Stir in Greek yogurt for thickness.
4️⃣ Chill 10 minutes if you want it firmer… or eat immediately like I did.

Fluffy. Creamy. Actually filling.


🔥 Hacks

Cloud Jar Mode:
Layer it in a small jar for that “dessert aesthetic” moment.

Frozen Bite Mode:
Freeze 10–15 minutes and it turns into this creamy, almost ice-cream-like texture. Dangerous.
