I found this recipe years ago and almost didn’t try it because it sounded too simple. Three ingredients, mix, bake, done.
Turns out… it tastes like chocolate cheesecake disguised as pie.
So of course I had to make a smarter version.
🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Creamy Texture 👀)
Filling
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened — 0 points
- 2 large eggs — 0 points
- ½ cup sugar-free chocolate frosting — 4 points
(use a light or no-sugar-added version)
Crust Options
✅ Lowest point option
- Bake crustless in pie dish → 0 extra points
✅ Light crust option
- Light graham cracker crust → 8 points total
👩🍳 How To
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Blend cream cheese until smooth.
3️⃣ Add eggs and chocolate frosting; mix until creamy.
4️⃣ Pour into pie shell (or greased pie dish for crustless).
5️⃣ Bake 55–60 minutes until center is set.
6️⃣ Cool completely, then chill for best texture.
It firms up into a chocolate cheesecake-style pie.
