A soft, creamy fluff that tastes like a light orange mousse — perfect when you want something sweet without using any points.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup boiling water
- 1 packet sugar-free orange gelatin (4-serving size)
- ½ cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt (regular or Greek)
Instructions
1️⃣ Dissolve Gelatin
Add gelatin powder to a bowl and pour in very hot boiling water.
Whisk well until fully dissolved.
2️⃣ Cool Slightly
Add cold water and a few ice cubes to cool the mixture slightly (not fully cold).
3️⃣ Blend
Add the non-fat yogurt and blend until smooth and creamy.
The mixture will look runny — this is normal.
4️⃣ Portion
Pour into 3 ramekins or small dessert cups.
5️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm and fluffy.
