Next thing I know I’m stacking eggs like I own a breakfast café. It’s warm, savory, and actually keeps you full.


🧺 Ultra Low-Point Version (Same Sandwich Look 👀)

  • 1 light English muffin – 2 points
  • Canadian bacon (2–3 slices) – 0 points
  • 2 eggs – 0 points
  • Diced peppers + mushrooms – 0 points
  • Everything bagel seasoning – 0 points

Optional:

  • 1 slice Velveeta – 1 point

👩‍🍳 How To

1️⃣ Toast the light English muffin.
2️⃣ Scramble eggs with peppers, mushrooms, and seasoning.
3️⃣ Warm Canadian bacon in a pan.
4️⃣ Stack it: muffin → bacon → eggs → (optional cheese).
