  • 1 cup fat-free Reddi-wip or light whipped topping (like Truwhip Skinny) โ€“ 1 point
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder โ€“ 0 points
  • 1โ€“2 tsp zero-calorie sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, etc.) โ€“ 0 points
  • Splash of vanilla extract (optional) โ€“ 0 points
  • Pinch of salt (optional, to balance the cocoa) โ€“ 0 points

  1. In a bowl, fold cocoa and sweetener into the whipped topping.
