For the Chicken
- 1.5 lbs skinless chicken breast (or 99% lean thighs if you prefer) – 0 points
- 1 tbsp olive oil – 4 points (instead of 2 tbsp)
- 2 tsp cumin – 0
- 1 tsp paprika – 0
- 1 tsp turmeric – 0
- 1 tsp coriander – 0
- 1 tsp cinnamon – 0
- 2 cloves garlic – 0
- 1 tbsp lemon juice – 0
- Salt & pepper – 0
👉 Optional: Replace olive oil with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt for marinade = 0 points
🧄 Ultra Light Garlic Sauce (The Big Swap 👀)
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 points
- 1 tbsp light mayo – 1 point
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix all marinade ingredients and coat chicken.
Marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight = elite flavor).
2️⃣ Cook in hot skillet or grill 5–7 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temp.
