Ingredients
Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 egg white
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste
- cooking spray (for air fryer or skillet)
Bang Bang Sauce
- ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free sweet chili sauce
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Optional garnish
- chopped green onions or chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Coat
Dip shrimp in egg white, then lightly coat with the cornstarch mixture, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook
Place shrimp in an air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
Lightly spray with cooking spray so they crisp up.
4. Make the sauce
In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt, light mayo, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice.
5. Finish
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with chives.
