Still chocolatey, still creamy, still layered… just not the same point hit as the old version.
Brownie Layer
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- Sweetener to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup oat flour
Cheesecake Layer
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
- ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- Sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix brownie batter and spread into lined 9×9 pan.
2️⃣ Beat cheesecake layer until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour on top and swirl lightly.
4️⃣ Bake 25–30 min at 350°F.
5️⃣ Cool completely before slicing.
