Lighter Cheesecake Brownies (Same Swirl, Fewer Points)

Makes: 12 brownies


🔄 Same fudgy brownie + cheesecake swirl look — just smarter inside

Still chocolatey, still creamy, still layered… just not the same point hit as the old version.


Brownie Layer

  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup oat flour

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix brownie batter and spread into lined 9×9 pan.
2️⃣ Beat cheesecake layer until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour on top and swirl lightly.
4️⃣ Bake 25–30 min at 350°F.
5️⃣ Cool completely before slicing.
