Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, baby kale) – 0 points

For the Tangy Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil – 4 points total (1 per serving)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and dry greens; place in a large bowl.
