⭐ Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour (slightly reduced to lower points)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Olive oil spray (instead of brushing)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Make the Batter

In a bowl, mix until smooth:

  • Cottage cheese
  • Eggs
  • Garlic
  • Almond flour
  • Baking powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt

3️⃣ Add the Cheese

Fold in mozzarella and parmesan.
The batter should be thick, cheesy, and scoopable.


4️⃣ Shape

  • Divide into 12 portions on the baking sheet.
  • Shape into breadsticks.
  • Lightly spray tops with olive oil.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake 15–20 minutes, until lightly golden on top and crisp around the edges.
Let cool 2–3 minutes before removing.
