🛒 Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well — 0 points
- ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt — 0 points
- ½ cup light sour cream — 3–4 points total
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce — 0 points
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Cracked black pepper (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Spinach
Thaw the frozen spinach completely.
Squeeze out as much water as possible — really wring it out like a towel.
Then chop the spinach finely so the stems don’t become stringy in the dip.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Base
In a bowl mix together:
- fat-free Greek yogurt
- light sour cream
Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Add Seasoning
Mix in:
- Worcestershire sauce
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
4️⃣ Combine
Add the spinach and mix until everything is evenly combined.
5️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour so the flavors blend together.
