Creamy • savory • perfect snack dip

WW Points (Current System)

1 Point per serving

(The original recipe is very high in points because of mayo and sour cream, so this version swaps them for lighter options.)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well — 0 points
  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt0 points
  • ½ cup light sour cream3–4 points total
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce — 0 points
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cracked black pepper (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Spinach

Thaw the frozen spinach completely.

Squeeze out as much water as possible — really wring it out like a towel.

Then chop the spinach finely so the stems don’t become stringy in the dip.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Base

In a bowl mix together:

  • fat-free Greek yogurt
  • light sour cream

Stir until smooth.

3️⃣ Add Seasoning

Mix in:

  • Worcestershire sauce
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

4️⃣ Combine

Add the spinach and mix until everything is evenly combined.

5️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour so the flavors blend together.

🥕 What to Eat It With
