Low-Point Cabbage Sheet Pan Burgers (WW Friendly)

Low-Point Cabbage Sheet Pan Burgers (WW Friendly)

WW Points (Current System)

2 Points per burger (without cheese)
3–4 Points with cheese (depending on type used)

Ingredients

For the Cabbage Base

  • 1 small head cabbage, cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • Cooking spray (instead of brushing oil) — 0 points
(or 1 tsp olive oil total = +1 point for entire batch)

Meat Mixture

  • 1 lb extra-lean ground turkey or chicken (99% lean) — 0 points
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped — 0 points
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced — 0 points
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce — 0 points
  • 1 egg white (instead of whole egg) — 0 points

Optional Topping

  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheese — 4–6 points total
    (about 1 point per burger)

Why This Version Works

Original points mainly come from:
❌ olive oil brushing
❌ higher-fat beef
❌ full egg
❌ full-fat cheese

We keep flavor and texture by:

✔ cabbage slices acting like buns
✔ lean protein = filling but low points
✔ smoked paprika for grilled flavor
✔ broiling cheese for that burger finish

You still get a real “burger” experience — just lighter.

Instructions

Step 1 — Prep

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2 — Make Burger Mixture

  • ground turkey/chicken

Step 3 — Assemble

Form mixture into patties and place each on a cabbage slice.

Step 4 — Bake
