Chicken & Broccoli
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts β 0 points

Light Alfredo Sauce

1οΈβ£ Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with ranch seasoning and garlic powder.
Spray a grill pan or skillet with olive oil spray.
Cook chicken over medium heat 5β6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Slice and set aside.

Microwave broccoli 3β4 minutes until tender.
Drain any excess water.

In a pan over medium heat melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Lower heat and stir in:

- Parmesan

Add warm water or milk to loosen the sauce.
