  • 3 cups broccoli florets β€” 0 points

Light Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 tsp light butter β€” 1 point
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ΒΎ cup fat-free Greek yogurt β€” 0 points
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese β€” 2 points total
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream β€” 1 point total
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp warm water or milk (to thin the sauce)

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Season chicken with ranch seasoning and garlic powder.

Spray a grill pan or skillet with olive oil spray.

Cook chicken over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Slice and set aside.


2️⃣ Prepare the Broccoli

Microwave broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender.

Drain any excess water.


3️⃣ Make the Light Alfredo Sauce

In a pan over medium heat melt the butter.

Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Lower heat and stir in:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Parmesan
  • sour cream

Add warm water or milk to loosen the sauce.

Stir until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add broccoli and sliced chicken to the sauce.
