Ingredients:
- 2c egg whites
- 1/2c low fat milk
- Sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, onion, mushrooms
- Ground pepper
Directions:
- Prep your filling goodies (add whatever you like) & distribute equally
- Mix egg whites, milk, & ground pepper
- Ladle the egg mixture into the pan
- If you’re not using muffin liners, then make sure to spray the pan with a non-stick spray. (I would spray the liners next time because the egg stuck to the sides)
- Cook in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes
- Makes 16-18 quiches
- I like to top it with a hot sauce!
- It freezes great! Just pop it in an air fryer to warm up!
