Zero point crustless quiches

Ingredients:

  • 2c egg whites
  • 1/2c low fat milk
  • Sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, onion, mushrooms
  • Ground pepper

Directions:

  • Prep your filling goodies (add whatever you like) & distribute equally
  • Mix egg whites, milk, & ground pepper
  • Ladle the egg mixture into the pan
  • If you’re not using muffin liners, then make sure to spray the pan with a non-stick spray. (I would spray the liners next time because the egg stuck to the sides)
  • Cook in oven at 375 for 20-25 minutes
  • Makes 16-18 quiches
  • I like to top it with a hot sauce!
  • It freezes great! Just pop it in an air fryer to warm up!
