Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
  • 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • A dash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional, for flavor balance)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the non-fat Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, powdered peanut butter, and sweetener.
  2. Add a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor, if desired.
  3. Whip the mixture with a fork or hand mixer until light, fluffy, and well-blended.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15–20 minutes for the best texture (optional but recommended).
