📝 Ingredients:
- 1 lb 96% lean ground beef – 12 points total
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce – 0 points
- 1 tsp sesame oil – 1 point
- 2 garlic cloves, minced – 0 points
- 2–3 green onions, chopped – 0 points
- Leafy lettuce (Napa cabbage, butter lettuce, romaine hearts) – 0 points
- Salt & pepper to taste – 0 points
- Optional: a tiny drizzle of sriracha or 1 tsp hoisin sauce (1 point per tsp, optional)
🍽️ Instructions:
- Heat a nonstick skillet and lightly spray with cooking spray (or use a drop of sesame oil).
- Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the lean beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes until everything is nicely coated.
- Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Sprinkle with green onions. Add a dash of sriracha or hoisin if using.
- Fold and eat like tacos!
