WW-Friendly Beef Lettuce Wraps

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 96% lean ground beef12 points total
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce0 points
  • 1 tsp sesame oil1 point
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced – 0 points
  • 2–3 green onions, chopped – 0 points
  • Leafy lettuce (Napa cabbage, butter lettuce, romaine hearts) – 0 points
  • Salt & pepper to taste0 points
  • Optional: a tiny drizzle of sriracha or 1 tsp hoisin sauce (1 point per tsp, optional)

🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet and lightly spray with cooking spray (or use a drop of sesame oil).
  2. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the lean beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes until everything is nicely coated.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture into lettuce leaves.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions. Add a dash of sriracha or hoisin if using.
  7. Fold and eat like tacos!
