Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup is unbelievably tasty and you’ll never miss the meat!
Ingredients
- 3 C. Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1/3 C. Diced Tomatoes
- 2 C. Chopped Cabbage
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1/2 C. Sliced Carrot
- 1 1/2 C. Green Beans
- 1/2 Sliced Zucchini
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
Instructions
Serve and Enjoy!
Saute onions, carrots, and garlic in a large pan for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and simmer on medium/high heat for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are cooked through.
