Ingredients
1 box (sugar-free) graham crackers
2 cups skim milk or almond milk
1 box (1.5 oz) sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup fat-free Cool Whip
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate frosting
Instructions
Prepare the Filling: Whisk milk and pudding mix until thick. Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer: Place graham crackers in a dish, add a layer of pudding mix, and repeat.
Top with Chocolate: Microwave frosting for a few seconds to soften, then spread on top.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
