Weight Watchers Mint Chocolate Brownie Bites

We all need a little chocolate in our lives and WW lets that happen. Making smart choices and using your points correctly will pay off! 2 point per serving

Ingredients

  • Sugar-Free Brownie Mix
  • 6 oz Plain no fat Greek Yogurt
  • 30 Tablespoons Fat-Free Cool Whip
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 2 boxes 15 ct phyllo mini shells
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 15 Andes Creme De Menthe Candy

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix brownie mix with Greek yogurt until well blended.
  3. Stir in peppermint extract. The batter will be thick.
  4. Spoon a tablespoon of brownie mix into the phyllo shells
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool.
  6. Mix the food coloring with the cool whip to make it green. After the brownie bites are cooled, spoon a tablespoon of cool whip on top of the brownie.
  7. Add half an Andes Mint on top.
  8. Bite and Enjoy!
