Ingredients
- 1 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella
- 2/3 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fat Free or Sugar Free Marinara Sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Put the mozzarella in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for about a minute or until fully melted.
- Stir in the egg, then blend in the almond flour.
- Set the dough in between sheets of parchment and flatten out with a rolling pin.
- Take the top parchment off and slide the dough onto a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes at 425F.
- Take out of the oven and cut into 4 even-sized rectangles.
- Top each piece with shredded cheddar
- Roll from end to end. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway through the time.
- Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce on the side.
