Weight Watchers Chicken Salad Bites 3

These Weight Watchers Chicken Salad Bites are only 5 ingredients and are perfect for party appetizers or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini diced
  • 2 cans chicken breast chopped up, use the small cans of chicken
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or fat-free mayo
  • 1 tbsp Mrs Dash table blend
  • 1 package mini phyllo shells 15 count (I used Athens brand)

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned chicken breast and put into a mixing bowl
  2. Chop up the pepperoncini into very small pieces.
  3. Add pepperoncini, mayo and Mrs. Dash to the chicken and mix well.
  4. Spoon chicken salad into phyllo shells and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Each Chicken Salad Bite is 1 myWW Point if you use reduced-fat or fat-free mayo. If you use full-fat mayo the points will be higher. 

On the current WeightWatchers Program it is 1 point per chicken salad bite.
