Ingredients

  • 5 medium Banana blended in smoothie
  • 24 points
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter reduced fat, smooth
  • 6 smart points
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla 1 point

Instructions

  1. Peel your ripe bananas put them in the freezer. They must be frozen or this will not work.
  2. Add bananas and vanilla and light peanut butter to your blender.
  3. Blend the mixture for three to six minutes -it should be a frothy consistency.

Recipe Notes

This Recipe for Banana Peanut Butter Whip makes 8 servings. Each serving is about half a cup and four points on WW blue.
