I love fajitas, and I love easy meals. And these Weight Watchers Baked Chicken Fajita Recipe is a lifesaver for me.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 ripe tomato, cubed
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Mix seasonings in a small bowl.
- Cut chicken into strips and coat well with a seasoning blend.
- In the bottom of the casserole dish, place a single layer.
- Top with vegetables.
- Finally, bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
