Weight Watchers Apple Crisp is a healthier way to make an apple dessert. This is low in points but not low in flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 2 lbs. Apples peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend divided
- 2 teaspoon ground Apple Pie Spice divided
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
- Non-Aerosol Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and very lightly grease a 7×11 baking dish with non-aerosol cooking spray.
- Peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
- Layer the apples slices in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Splenda brown sugar blend and 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice to the apple slices. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, applesauce, remaining 2 tablespoons of Splenda brown sugar blend and 1 teaspoon of apple pie spice. Mix well.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apple slices.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the apple filling is soft.
- Serve warm with a dollop of low-fat ice-cream or light whipped topping, if desired.
Recipe Notes
If following the Weight Watchers plan: divide the pan into 8 equal portions. Each portion is a serving. There are 2 points for green, blue, and purple plans for each serving. If you add any toppings you will need to figure those points into the total.
On the current WeightWatchers Program (2023) it is 2 points per serving.
