Two Points Weight Watchers Protein Waffle

This 2 Points Weight Watchers Protein Waffle is packed with over 20 grams of protein! Perfect for any morning breakfast

Ingredients

  • Add 1/4 cup Clean Simple Vanilla Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 3-4 tbsp of water
  • a dash of almond, lemon, or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, protein powder, baking powder, and water in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a wire whisk or fork.
  3. The batter should be on the thinner side. But not too thin. (Too much water will make the batter overflow.)
  4. Spray theĀ waffle ironĀ with non-stick cooking spray then add the batter into the waffle iron.
  5. Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy.
